Seetharam Vallabhaneni holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of Art Institute of Chicago. Having been trained in a variety of disciplines ranging from Architecture to humanistic psychology, he is interested in enabling optimistic experiences that disrupt the boundaries of architecture, design, craft, and science.
He is currently a design assistant at Ania Jaworska and Associates, and a collaborator for Borderless Studios.

Drawing on references of video games, maps, annotated drawings, and detail blowouts this website has a very specific intention - to rediscover the act of discovery.
Users are encouraged to explore the free "plan" of the site and in the process discover various interdisciplinary projects of Seetharam. The layout's advantage is two fold - it allows for unexpected discoveries; it also helps dissolve disciplinary boundaries.

Seetharam's portfolio for architecture graduate school.
The title, a play on the more commonly used phrase 'The gloves are off', conveys his approach to exploration of architecture and design. It is also a in reference to the cleaner, simpler layout compared to his old portfolio which was a comic book.
